I am based at The Corner Studio in Shudehill on Tuesdays & Saturdays and home based in Altrincham the rest of the week.

payment
A £15 non refundable booking fee is required when booking. This is deducted from the final balance and non refundable unless I cancel the appointment. It also cannot be transferred to another person.
On the day, bank transfer is preferred. If you are paying by cash, please bring the exact amount as I don’t always carry change. Final payment must be paid before the end of your appointment.
no shows, cancellations + rescheduling
n the unfortunate case that you no show your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your remaining balance.
If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. In the event you cancel your booking before the 48hrs, you will not receive your booking fee back as it is non refundable.
You can reschedule with the same booking fee up to 48hrs before your appointment. After this, you will loose your booking fee.
location
At both locations, they are up stairs with no lift or ramp sadly due to the building types.
At the Altrincham location please message me when outside instead of using the bell as it’s temperamental and I don’t want you to wait outside if it can be avoided
At the Shudehill location please buzz unit 5/6 and head to the 2nd floor. If unsure how to get here, please check my Instagram highlight ‘M4 Location.
pet notice
At both my locations dogs/cats are in the vicinity. At my Altrincham location the animals are not in my treatment room. At the Shudehill location is is open plan so pets may roam but do not interfere with treatments.
infills
I only infill my own work. This goes for all services.
For lashes: you must have 50% of lashes remaining after outgrown lashes have been removed. If you lashes do not meet this requirement it will be charged and classed as a full set.
For nails: the recommended time between sets is up to 4 weeks, however it may vary based on speed of nail growth per client. When your nail grows, if over ⅓ of your natural nail is visible, it will be charged as a full set. If you are experiencing lifting on multiple nails when they have grown out, a soak off will be required. This is usually every few sets and depends on how you look after your nails.
attendance + lateness
APPOINTMENTS MUST BE ATTENDED ALONE AS PLUS ONES AND NOT PERMITTED.
I have a 15 minute late period for nail/hand services, and a 10 minute late period for toenail services and lash services. After the dedicated late period has passed your service will be cancelled and you will be charged the 50% late cancellation fee.
